Consider that an exercise for your firm. If you were to sum up the guiding values for your firm, what would you put down? Ask your colleagues and staff to do the same, on their own – and then compare notes.
It’s an exercise that will help your firm understand what makes it stand apart – or not. It will also suggest whether you are all moving in the same direction. And if you’re not in alignment, what adjustments are required to come together with a unified message and approach.
